Today, I want to share with you the mindset advice from beach volleyball Olympian gold medalist Kerri Walsh-Jennings gave to my 14-year old daughter. I have a cool story that will benefit you in building your niche properties now and in the future.

This is a story about the mindset of an Olympic gold medalist who shared some advice with my daughter directly. 

Kerri Walsh-Jennings has three gold medals, and I think she has one bronze, too, for 4 in all. 

Three golds beach volleyball is incredible. We were able to get on a one-on-one zoom call with Kerri for 30 minutes.
